Contribute your application, product and sales know-how in a comprehensive training program organized by AICC. Provide application engineers, trainers, training centers, documentation and product samples. 

Take advantage of subsidies to finance further training measures. Gain access to new sales markets and establish direct contacts with trade, craft and industrial companies in metal construction in Africa. Qualify end users in the application of your products and use the communication channels of AICC to strengthen the awareness of your brand and to make broader to introduce product ranges.
Bring in your international contacts on both the supplier and customer side. Create the necessary logistics and trade structure for the companies involved. Make your application, product and sales know-how available within the framework of further training measures.

Establish new contacts with tool manufacturers and customers in African markets. Recruit qualified application engineers and sales representatives in Africa. Strengthen your brand presence and expand your business.
 
Bring in your product requirements and demand. Communicate training opportunities to your workforce and those seeking training. Provide local workshops and training areas for training.

Gain international access to economical product solutions. Recruit new employees from the AICC training programs. Train your existing employees in the Train-the-Trainer concept in application, product and safety in the use of tools in metal construction to increase the productivity of your company.
Contribute your time, commitment and experience in applications in metal construction and tool sales. Then pass on the knowledge you have gained in the train-the-trainer concept.

Be trained in the use and sale of tools in metal construction and receive a professional qualification. Benefit from international training trips. Find direct employment opportunities at participating companies and training centres on site..
Bring in grants to finance training measures. Provide your network, know-how and experience in the field of further education and local business development. Support the organisation and operational implementation of local training measures.

Call for Partners

Promoting job-creating growth in Senegal in terms of both quality and quantity is a priority objective of German cooperation with Senegal in the special initiative on training and employment. Under the brand name Invest for Jobs, the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is implementing the special initiative in
commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

In line with the economic reform goals of the Senegalese Development Plan (Plan Sénégal Emergent, "PSE"), work is being carried out in the field of action "Improving conditions for investment by African and European companies in Senegal". This also includes supporting European investors in identifying and implementing joint projects. In this context GIZ wants to develop services for interested companies.
